To find out more about the depository program, you can go directly to the Superintendent of Documents web page. You can also:
Government Documents come in a wide range of topics. These publications are put forth from various branches and offices of the US government. So, you can find information about Education, Social Security, Agriculture, The Code of Federal Regulations, and a wealth of other topics. Visit UVI's collection in the Library in Room L-103. GPO has several databases that can be searched directly. These include The Congressional Record, the US Budget, and some Congressional Bills. Online searching can be done directly from GPO Access.
Telnet or Dial-In Access You can also connect to GPO Access via Telnet. The address is swais.access.gpo.gov. Type guest (lowercase) at the login prompt. No password is required. File transfers on a telnet login are possible either through the use of e-mail or screen captures. Users without Internet access can dial-in. Using a modem, dial 202-512-1661.
